This is what will happen next. Gabe will review my application and, if I qualify, will contact me to set up a time to speak to me personally.

Gabe and I will mutually determine if this is right for me. If Gabe and I decide we’re not a good fit, then I’ll still come away with insight on how to get started investing. If we decide we are a good fit, I will become a client. I understand the investment is $2k for the first month then $250 a month thereafter for as long as we work together.

As a member, I’ll be speaking with Gabe as much as is needed to help me reach my goals. I’ll also get unlimited access to Gabe and my fellow members through our private Facebook Group.

The SOLE PURPOSE of this relationship is for me to make more money with real estate investing while having fun and gaining new friends in the process. If, at any time, I want to leave the relationship, I can – and I will never be billed again.

APPLY FOR AN INTERVIEW

Work with Gabe, 1-on-1. The first month I will get four, 1 hours sessions 1-on-1 with Gabe to develop a plan of action
Create a Tailor-Fit Investing Plan. Gabe and I will identify my goals and create a tailored plan to reach them, given my current situation.
Get Continued Support. After the first month, I will have unlimited text and messenger support from Gabe and his team to help me reach my goals.
Receive Group Accountability. I will get access to Gabe's group coaching accountability Facebook Group where I will be held accountable for my goals. If I choose to stay, I will pay $250 per month after the first month.

Gabe Petersen is the founder of Kaizen Properties and the host of The Real Estate Investing Club podcast.

Gabe started his career as a management consultant for Fortune 500 companies in Seattle, WA, but soon realized the corporate world did not fit the vision he had for his life.

During his 7 years in corporate, Gabe tried his hand at building an e-commerce business, a t-shirt company, and even worked as a part-time digital marketing consultant. It wasn't until he bought his first broken-down triplex in Tacoma, WA that he truly found his path in real estate.

After selling that first triplex in 2014, Gabe had officially caught the REI bug. He now owns and operates Kaizen Properties, buying and repositioning commercial real estate across the US - with a special focus on self-storage and industrial properties.

With experience across many different asset classes and strategies, Gabe eventually decided to start what you know today as The Real Estate Investing Club podcast and YouTube show.
