Through Kaizen Properties, Gabe has acquired and operates mobile home and RV parks, self-storage facilities and commercial retail in Washington, Texas and Indiana, investing since 2019.
Gabe’s day-to-day is split between acquiring and improving real estate, building teams and systems, and sharing practical playbooks through the show and the community. That operating experience shapes the questions he asks guests.
